Hi, I’m Allie Olsen, I am currently completing my Master’s in Social Work (MSW Intern). I am passionate about helping individuals and families heal, grow, and navigate life’s transitions with greater peace, clarity, and resilience.
I enjoy helping children and adults work through: Relational Trauma & Healing – Understanding past wounds, abuse, betrayal, building healthy relationships, and restoring emotional well-being. Grief & Loss – Navigating the grieving process with support and understanding. Life Transitions – Adjusting to divorce, empty nesting, starting college, career shifts, or other major life changes. Anxiety & Depression – Overcoming self-doubt, managing emotional distress, and finding joy in the present moment. Mindfulness & Brain-Based Integration – Rewiring thought patterns, increasing emotional resilience, and fostering present-moment awareness. Family Therapy – Strengthening relationships, improving communication, and creating healthier dynamics. |
I have extensive experience in crisis intervention, trauma support, and mindfulness-based healing. As a mother of two, a lover of movement, and someone who has navigated life’s many transitions, I have found great strength in living mindfully and embracing spirituality. I cherish the joy of a deep belly laugh, the grounding power of fresh mountain air, and the beauty of embracing life’s journey. I truly believe that growth and beauty can be found in every season of life.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client, integrating evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as Psychodrama therapy and Dance Movement Therapy (DMT). I believe in working together to find what resonates most with you, creating a supportive and empowering space for healing and growth.
I am passionate about helping individuals through relational trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and the grieving process. Grief is a deeply personal journey, whether it stems from the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a life transition. I strive to provide a safe and compassionate space for clients to process their emotions and find meaning in their healing journey.
I know that change can feel overwhelming, but I also know that healing is possible. We have more power, strength and resilience within us than we often realize. There is so much peace and joy to be found in breaking free from old patterns, learning to trust yourself, and stepping into a more fulfilling life. If you or your family are ready to explore what’s next, I would love to support you on this journey.
