Sometimes you bump along the road of life just fine, but other times, it gets a little too wild.

You may notice you aren't handing everyday stressors as well as you used to. You may be getting the same negative feedback in multiple relationships. If you feel that you aren't functioning at your full potential, set aside some time to reassess. New baby?  New relationship? New job? These events all challenge coping skills. In our sessions we work through these transitions to establish lasting change. We will develop a plan of action, identify potential barriers and create sustainable change. We will rely on evidence based practices, brain-based approaches and the strengths that each person naturally brings to problem solving.

I employ a client-directed approach drawing on evidence based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness approaches.
